Important Vaccination Requirement

For the health, safety, and wellbeing of all cats staying with us, a valid and up-to-date vaccination certificate must be provided before or on arrival.

We are unable to accept any cat without proof of current vaccinations, including protection against feline infectious diseases as recommended by your veterinary surgeon. Unfortunately, if a valid vaccination certificate is not presented, we will be required to refuse admission, and cancellation charges may still apply.

We recommend checking your cat's vaccination status well in advance of their stay and bringing the vaccination card or certificate with you when dropping off your cat.
